TGCT StatsA 2017 Danish study found that of 44 per 100,000 people are living with localized TGCT and 12 per 100,000 people are living with diffuse TGCT (7). Whereas, a 2017 Dutch study found 43 people per million are newly diagnosed with TGCT; 29 cases per million of localized TGCT affecting fingers and toes, 10 cases per million of additional localized TGCT in other locations, and 4 cases per million of diffuse TGCT (5).
